Cartoon 778: Free Market for Whom?

    “Free market” is a euphemism
    for the protection of incumbent
    Business models. It does not
    mean a consumer market driven
    by competition*.

    Incumbents in the American
    system have gotten ever
    larger, more powerful and
    restrictive of competition.
    They have eviscerated or
    usurped regulation.

Patents would be for 7 years
Copywrite and digital media clearly encompass public domain
Cable channels available al a carte
    Cellphones would not be tied
    to carriers or technology
    Price controls on pharmaceuticals
like the rest of the world
