Cartoon 702: Mystery of Water

It seems we are being dragged into a different view of reality.  The culprit is quantum physics. The question is why the observed phenomena at the atomic level are so different in physical properties and capabilities than that of our normal human perceived world? I am referring to simultaneous states. Where something can be negative, positive, and nether all at the same time.

An unexplained question in our everyday life is the physical properties of water. The denser form of water, ice, floats in its liquid form. If ice did not float, all the oceans of the world would be frozen. Why does water act differently from other substances?

Physicist have embraced the idea of multiple universes. Each universe might have its own physical laws. These universes may collide and sometimes merge. Some Physicist even claim they have observable proof that our universe is in a collision.

What if the properties of water are borrowed from the universe we collided?
