The American system of global capitalism relied on shifting the wealth among the players. When the music stopped, the musical chairs reality demonstrated there were far fewer chairs. To keep the game going they needed a vast influx of money. The only source was from the social trusts. Hence the cry of austerity to overlook the robbery taking place. It was heads they win and tails you lose.

Today the system is back like it used to be. However in the minds of people around the world America is at fault for their hardships. America is not a good leader for success.
