There are alerts constantly
circulating on the internet and
email. Often it is of a dubious
nature and the stuff of “Urban
Legends”, untrue, half truths
or fear mongering.

I generally check the free site
that tracks and analyses these
kinds of assertions, “http:
www.Snopes.com”. Many
times just thinking in terms of
possible vs. probable is enough.

All things are possible, even
an alien space ship crashing
in to your house. But should
you rush out and get insurance?
How probable is it likely to
occur?
